1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within [7] days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:

- Damaged
- Incorrect item received
Exchanges products will be delivered with in 4 to 5 days.

4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within [24–72 hours] of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
Damage or wrong products will be delivered with in 4 to 5 days.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
